A spring time vegan zero-waste supper club by Tanya of The Couscous Cousins. Seasonal ingredients from independent farmers and producers that don't use excessive or plastic packaging. As much as possible I'll be sourcing ingredients that have been grown in the UK including Urban farms and gardens in London. The menu is inspired by Indian cuisine with fresh delicately spiced dishes with a nod to traditional British spring flavours.

To mark the end of Veganuary, Beiroot will be hosting their first supper club at 10 Cable Street. The evening will feature traditional Lebanese food which comes with the health benefits of each meal. We will also be supporting a region deeply affected by conflict by using Zaytoun products, to support Palestinian farmers, as well as donating 2.5% of profits to Kitrinos; a charity providing medical relief to refugees along the Greek coast.
