Maria will be hosting her very first ever supper club, where we will be gathering to enjoy an amazing 3-course Christmas dinner made from scratch by yours truly.
Those who know me, know my food packs flavour and wholesomeness. But I am determined to make this dinner my best craft to date, all in a cosy venue which will be decorated to resemble my dream rustic set-up with fairy lights, candles, wooden decorations and fragrant Christmas wraths.
So here is what I have penciled on the menu, all plant-based but guaranteed to make you forget about meat and dairy. You might even love it more!
Arrive at 6:30 to enjoy a glass of mulled wine and the following canapés:
Pulled ‘pork’ and homemade red cabbage slaw sliders
Paprika hummus with cranberry sauce and crispy onion
Mushroom and tofu lettuce wraps
Sage and apricot nut roast
Creamy mashed potatoes with garlic and rosemary
Maple-glazed parsnips and carrots
Roasted turmeric and coriander cauliflower
Chilli charred Brussels sprouts with pomegranate and balsamic fig dressing
Red wine and cranberry gravy
Homemade mince pies with coconut cream
Chocolate and orange mini mousse desserts
