Benefits of a Vegan Diet By Dr. Anthony Hadj | Hosted By Plant Based News & 10 Cable St

We are very excited to have Dr. Anthony Hadj a Plant Based GP from Melbourne, Australia to come and talk to us about the benefits of a Vegan diet. 

Anthony will be speaking about the impact that modern Western diets are having on people and why these diets are so harmful (leading to disease states such as Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, High Blood Pressure, Heart Disease etc). He will then focus on the power of nutrition and specifically, how using a wholefoods vegan diet can not only prevent but reverse many of these conditions. He will detail some of his clinical experience in this area with his own patients. 

This is a small and intimate event which will allow people time to have their questions answered and to mingle with others in the room.

Dr Anthony Hadj is a Plant Based GP from Melbourne, Australia and the creator of the Living Longer Today health plan. Since 2013, he has increasingly researched and integrated WholeFoods PlantBased medicine into his own life and now actively promotes the benefits of this diet to his patients on a daily basis. Inspired by Dr. John McDougall, Neal Barnard and the late Nathan Pritikin, Anthony's hope is that everyone can learn to reap the benefits from delicious abundant wholesome foods and reduce the risk of chronic disease. In addition to his work as a doctor, he lectures on plant based health to medical students at Monash University and is a regular volunteer with Edgars' Mission, an animal sanctuary in Lancefiled, Victoria.
