We live in a society where stressors hit us from every angle and can have a negative impact on our well being. This 2 hour workshop will emphasise on the important links between the health of the mind and the health of the body. You will learn the basic physiology behind states of stress, anxiety and depression and the herbal remedies that will help you deal with them.
