Rejuvenating Yoga + Plant Based Dinner


Please join uplifting yoga with the lovely Ness, followed by fresh, plant based feasting cooked by Kali.

Meet like minded people, relax and do something different in a cosy tranquil setting in the heart of the city.

The menu is plant based, vegetable led, style and flavours are inspired by Kali's travels. Flavour packed and vibrant, spices and herbs really bring her food to life.

Ness guides her classes through intuition offering emphatic and explorative instructions and hands-on assists.

She focuses on building flexibility and strength by warming up every part of the body, before slowing down and sinking into deeper longer held poses (you can expect one or two dad jokes to get you these...).
