A spring time vegan zero-waste supper club will be hosted by Tanya of The Couscous Cousins. Seasonal ingredients from independent farmers and producers that don't use excessive or plastic packaging.
'As much as possible I'll be sourcing ingredients that have been grown in the UK including Urban farms and gardens in London. The menu is inspired by Indian cuisine with fresh delicately spiced dishes with a nod to traditional British spring flavours.'
£25 for three courses, drinks available to purchase from the bar.
Indian inspired spring salad with turmeric roasted cauliflower, lemon and cumin asparagus, spring greens and sprouted fenugreek
Nettle saag paneer with homemade chickpea and fava bean tofu paneer
Sprouted lentil and Jersey royal new potato cakes
Wild garlic rice flour roti
Homemade oat milk kohlrabi and radish raita
Dried apricot and star anise chutney
Fermented turmeric and ginger pickle
Masala spiced rhubarb fool with rhubarb and hazelnut brittle
