Taking advantage of wasabi growing season, be delighted with the various flavours of the entire wasabi plant- from leaves to root (called rhizome). Think wasabi is only spicy neon green powder? Grab the chance to taste the range of subtle and peppery leaves to the best raw wasabi for your sushi from from the Wasabi Company's farm.
