Rewinding it back to '90s this supper club will be the ultimate mash-up of my childhood meals where my dad either made traditional Indian food before going to work or left us convenience food to make ourselves.
All proceeds from this supper club will go to Gingerbread, the charity for single parent families.
The menu will include:
Crispy pancakes with a creamy dhal filling
Masala potato waffles
Curried mac and cheese
Plus loads more including an indulgent retro sweet treat
All dishes will be 100% vegan - other dietary requirements may be able to be accommodated with enough advance notice. Menu subject to change.
This event will be part of our 'charity a month' initiative where we donate the venue for the use of charity fundraising events.
Gingerbread is the leading national charity working with single parent families. Since 1918, we have been at the forefront of shaping policy and services that support single parents. Today, there are two million single parent families in the country. We champion their voices and keep their needs at the heart of everything we do. Our mission is to champion and enable single parent families to live secure, happy and fulfilling lives.
